Barnaj Return & Refund Policy

At Barnaj, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging

  • All tags and labels are still attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

This applies even if the item was shipped through our dropshipping partners.


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@barnaj.com

  2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return

  3. We will review your request and provide the return instructions

Do not send items back to the sender address on the package.
Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on standard returns.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we cover the cost.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return is not approved (item worn, washed, or damaged), we may send the item back to you without a refund.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


8. Exchanges

At the moment, we offer exchanges only for size or color, and only if the product is still in stock.
If not available, a refund will be issued.
