Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Times

Since we work with trusted international and U.S.-based suppliers through a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary by product.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 10–18 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

These estimates may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, customs processing, or delays outside our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout for other countries.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–4 days to appear, depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Barnaj is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.”

Multiple Items in One Order

To provide faster delivery, items may ship from different warehouses.
You may receive your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.
